A fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, He has wide experience of 10 years both industry and practice. He has over the years acquired proficiency in Direct Tax Laws and Statutory Audits. He is having experience in practice in the fields of Audit, Taxation & Management advisory to clients. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards and management consultancy. He is presently looking after corporate audits, Bank audits, internal audits of companies, Tax audit of charitable Trust and institutions, Fraud investigation, transfer pricing, statutory audits and its taxation.

CA. R.SARAVANAN - Partner

A fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, He is having experience in the fields of International Taxation, Tax on Capital Gains. He has over the years acquired proficiency in Direct Tax Laws. Apart from advising clients on various issues under the Income-Tax Act, VAT, he has a vast experience in handling assessment proceedings under the Income-tax Act. He also handles appellate matters before the Commissioner of Income tax (Appeals) and the Income-tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).He is presently looking after Tax Audits of Companies, Firms, Charitable Trusts, Institutions and Individuals. He is an ardent finance professional who is well versed in tax laws, company law, accounting and auditing standards.

CA. V.VIDHYALAKSHMI - Partner

Become the member of the institute in 2011. She handles the Statutory Audit, Bank audit, Management audit and secretarial divisions with vast knowledge and experience in compliance related advisory to the clients. She also handles firm related BPO activities. She is well versed in conducting System and Management audits, handling Accounting functions, knowledge of Taxation, Financial Reporting and conducting training of accounting personnel in an organization.
